Shipping policy
All orders are prepared and dispatched from Germany. We offer different shipping and delivery options depending on the type, size and destination of your purchase.
1. MAD MAG — Free Worldwide Shipping
All MAD MAG art mail editions include free worldwide standard shipping.
This applies to:
• Single MAD MAG editions
• Monthly memberships
• Annual memberships
Monthly Shipping Schedule
Each MAD MAG edition is scheduled to ship on the 15th of the month.
Orders placed by the 11th of the month are intended to receive that month’s edition. Orders placed after the 11th will begin with the following month’s edition.
Estimated Delivery Times
• Germany: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 5–14 business days
• Outside Europe: 7–14 business days on average
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local postal services, customs processing and the destination country.
2. Insured Air Shipping — Artworks & Other Products
Original paintings, limited-edition artworks and selected merchandise may be shipped using insured air shipping.
Each artwork is carefully packaged to help ensure safe transportation.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, dimensions, weight and applicable insurance requirements. The available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout.
Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping provider. Estimated delivery information will be provided where available.
Tracking information will be shared when supported by the selected shipping service.
3. Personal Delivery by Zoé Mad
For selected original artworks, personal delivery by Zoé Mad may be available.
This exclusive service allows artworks to be delivered directly to the collector.
Personal delivery is subject to destination, scheduling and availability.
Any applicable delivery fee will be displayed at checkout or agreed with the collector before the order is confirmed.
Following purchase, we will contact the collector to arrange a suitable delivery date and location.
4. Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or additional handling fees may apply.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Customs procedures may occasionally cause delivery delays.
5. Packaging & Handling
Every order is prepared with care.
MAD MAG editions are packaged in protective envelopes suitable for postal delivery.
Original artworks are packaged individually according to their dimensions, materials and fragility.
Preparation times for artworks and other products may vary and will be communicated where applicable.
6. Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
If you need to update your address or experience a delivery issue, contact us as soon as possible.
If an order is lost, damaged or delivered incorrectly, we will investigate and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
