What if my MAD MAG letter doesn’t arrive?
International delivery typically takes 3-4 weeks, but delays may occur. If your letter hasn’t arrived, simply get in touch with us by email: madmag@itszoemad.com. We’ll look into it and do our best to find a solution together.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime through your MAD MAG customer account under "Manage My MAD MAG Subscription". To avoid another monthly charge, make sure to cancel before the 1st of the following month.
If you’ve purchased A Year Full of Madness, your subscription automatically ends after 12 editions, with no renewal or additional charges.
What if my address changes?
No problem! You can update your shipping address in your customer account under "Manage My MAD MAG Subscription".
Please make sure to update your address before the 11th of the month, so your MAD MAG letter finds its way to the right mailbox.
